HVAC Energy Savings & DEER Committee
The focus of this Committee is to work collaboratively with the CPUC and IOUs to help reach consensus on the energy savings aspects of HVAC installation and maintenance.

- Improve baseline for AB802
- Provide input into appropriate business plans as requested
- Engage WHPA in discussions with Commission and others on policies related to cost effectiveness
