CA Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan

The HVAC Action Plan (June 8, 2011) is designed to help California's HVAC sector achieve the goals described in the California Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan. It includes input from the strategic plan, along with contributions from California Public Utility Commission Energy Division staff, California's utilities, the Western HVAC Performance Alliance (WHPA), and other HVAC stakeholders.
